Joblin is a Dunedin visitor to Wellington. Miss M. J. Davis, Taihape, was a visitor to Wellington this week. Miss Mary Anderson, London is visiting Wellington. Mrs. B. W. Channan. and Miss Zona Blaikle, Timaru, are visiting Wellington. On Holiday Lady Reed, Wellington, is paying a brief visit to Auckland on her way back to 'Wellington from Russell. Mrs. J. Jorgenson, Wellington, is spending a holiday at Hawera as the guest of Mrs. 0. Dahl. Miss M. Arnold, Te Puia, Hot Springs, who with her sister, Miss L. Arnold, Karori, Wellington, recently returned from a tour of Australia is now the guest of her sister-in-law, Mrs. H. T. Arnold. Duncan Street, Wanganui East. Miss Nell Brown, Lower Hutt, is staying at “The Glen,’’ Akaroa. Miss Esther Seay, Masterton, is visiting Timaru. Mrs. J. H. Martin is a Wellington visitor to Auckland. . Miss Doreen Wing, Marton, and Miss P. Teaz, Rongotea, are spending a holiday at Auckland. Mrs. Max Noble-Campbell, Wellington, who is making a round of visits in the South Island, intends spending a holiday in Auckland shortly. . Crawford Young and Miss Beverley Boyd, Wellington, are the guests of Mrs. Warren Boyd, Dunedin. Mrs. C. W. Hanning, Kelburn, who is visiting Auckland, has been the guest of Mrs. Noel Spring-Rice, Hobsonville, and will spend a few days with Mrs. A. I. Logan, Remuera, before returning to Wellington. Returned Home Mrs. Clive Mortimer-Jones, who has been visiting her mother, Mrs. R. J. Matthews, New Plymouth, has returned to Hastings. Mrs. I. Davidson has returned to Wanganui after a visit to her daughter, Mrs. R. Millward at New Ply- , mouth. Miss R. Bevins, Stratford, who has been visiting Wellington, has returned home. Mrs. J. Logan t Stout and her two daughters, who have been spending a holiday at Wellington, have returned to Palmerston North. Mrs. R. A. Wanganui, has returned from a holiday at Wellington. Canon and Mrs. F. B. Redgrave and Miss Dorothy Redgrave, Christchurch, •who have been visiting Wellington, returned to Christchurch yesterday morning. Miss Ada Hall lias returned to Christchurch from, Wellington. Mr. and Mrs. Jack Wall, Martinborough, have returned home from, a motor tour of the north. Returned To Wellington Mrs. D. P. Phillips, Wellington, has returned from a visit to Stratford where she was the guest of Mrs. M. M.'Power. ' Arriving From Overseas Lady Cochrane, Cults, Scotland, will arrive in New Zealand, in the near future to visit her son, and daughter-in-law, Group Captain the Hon. R. A. and Mrs. Cochrane, Maoribank, Upper Hutt. Going Abroad Mrs. John Ashwell, jun., Palmerston North, has left for Palestine, where she will visit her parents, General Sir Herbert and Lady Hart. She will later go to England. Sir R. Heaton Rhodes and Miss V Hynes, Otahuna, Tai Tapu, will leave on February 7, by the Maunganui, for Australia, via Bluff.
