School Concert

St. Catherine’s School, Kilbirnie, gave a very happy “break-up” concert on Monday night, the Bourke Street Hall baing crowded with parents and friends for the occasion.

The programme presented included plays, songs, dances, and dialogue, both senior and junior pupils taking part, the quality of their performances bearing testimony to a thorough system of training. Of the three plays presented, a Christmas one, “The Star of Christ,” was the' most enjoyable, the children entering into the spirit of the picturesque scenes with appropriate feeling.
