STORMS IN BLACK SEA

Much Damage Done Istanbul, October 19. Twenty are already reported to be dead and hundreds of boats wrecked as the result of storms in the Black Sea, which have lasted for five days, and the losses are believed to be much higher. Aeroplanes dropped food to 25 seamen on six sailing vessels which have been adrift for four days. The men have not yet been rescued.
