COUNCIL EXPERIMENT
Band Concerts In Riddiford Park Permission has been granted by the Lower Hutt Borough Council to the Lower Hutt Civic Band to play a programme of music in Riddiford Park on a Sunday to be arranged. This is in the nature of an experiment to ascertain if these gatherings can be held in Riddiford Park without undue damage to the lawns and gardens.
