Free State Government’s Order London, July 29. The Dublin correspondent of the “Daily Telegraph” says that border outrages are expected a« a result of the Free State Government instituting a new purge of Hie Irish Republican Army. Most of the leaders were Imprisoned' by special tribunals of the Cosgrave and De Valera regimes and therefore the Government was surprised to find that an active organisation apparently still exists. The Government, it is stated, is expected to co-operate with the Ulster authorities in im effort to end political crime.
