E I have aeroplanes an’ trains with E E rails, E = A trolley an’ a boat with sails, = = Books all about “Mickey Mouse” = E An’ the Three Lil Pigs that lost = = their house. = | 0, heaps of toys big an’ small, B = But Golly is the best one of them = E all- = = Out of a stocking he was made B E for me, e B An’ I have had him since I was = = three. , E E What gives Golly that look of sur- = = prise = B Is jus’. ’cos he has buttons for = E eyes; e E His coat is blue, his trousers red, 1 E An’ he has a very-, very woolly = B head. ‘ = E When lying in the dark he feels B E so good, = B An’ clings to me as if he under- i B stood B E Just bow nasty it is when lights B = are out, = E An’ funny things are flying about, i i It was my birthday the other day, I = So some bigger boys came over to i i play; = E They called me a baby when they = E saw Golly, = = The sillies thought he was a black = | rag dolly. e = But I don’t care what people say; i E H-e’s my best friend at the end of 1 E day; = = I like him ’cos he’s so black an’ E = jolly, = E An’ I’m always going to keep my B E Golly.
