Holiday Adventures

(~)NE day last Christmas holidays my sister and I were staying on a farm for a holiday. The day after we arrived they started to shear the sheep, and we took the morning tea down to the men. Then as we did not have to got straight back to the.house we watched them shear, and I was given the job of raking up the wool. In the afternoon my sister and I went out to the beach and had a lovely time, and the next day went up into the bush and had dinner there. After we had finished we had a paddle in the creek nearby, but while my sister was splashing in the water she slipped over and got very wet. That meant that we had to go home, and the following day we had to leave the farm and go home, so that was the end of our holiday.— Original by Ping (9), Levin.
