Star Point Winners
A T first Kiwi couldn’t believe her eyes when she beheld the pile of letters and parcels heaped up on her table. Then she remembered —“Ah, yes—a painting competition and a sewing-card one, too.” So she sat down right away and started opening her mail, and these were the point winners she found: For the poppy painting: Winnie Hannah (16), Flax (7), Pearl o’ the Sea (13), Miss Blue Gloves (11), Pepper (13), Chatterbox (10), Deidre Store (7), Patsie (13), Dancing Fairy (9). For the elephant picture: Gold Dawn (17), Pinkie-purr (8), Nancy Burt (11), Suzanne (12), Jill Gardiner (?), Sheilah Jackson (?).
