Charges Against German Pastor.
It is announced in a Berlin message that Pastor Martin Niemoller is to be charged in a special court .on four counts of underhand attacks against the Government, misuse of the pulpit, disobedience of lawful decrees, and infringement of the decree forbidding pastors to announce the names of persons who have seceded from the church.
