Airman’s Escape on Test Flight Berlin, May 9. During a sudden swerve in a gust of wind in a test flight of an aeroplane from the Dornier works, a mechanic named Hipp inadvertently clutched the lever which opens the emergency floor trap, through which he disappeared.
