F. le Fann, in an address at Paddington, said that Australia and New Zealand, more than any of the other Dominions, were the heirs overseas of British blood and tradition. Australians might not like Englishmen as much as they should, but they did like England and English ways, he said. Change.might make the Pacific the centre of human progress; then Australia and New Zealand would stand for the English tradition, which wa s tremendously valuable to humanity.
