GOVERNMENT SUBSIDY
Japanese Passenger Lines Tokio, May 9. The Government is granting a subsidy of nearly £2,000,000 for the construction of passenger liners under a four-year programme. The assistance is mostly to the Nippon Yusen Kaisha and Osaka Shoseu Kaisha lines.
