IRISH CONSTITUTION
Draft Sent to London London, May 6. The President of the Irish Free State, Mr. Eamon de Valera, has forwarded to England and to the Dominions the draft of the proposed new Constitution, which will be discussed at the Imperial Conference. The British Government has tentatively examined the document, and considers that the status of Irish citizens in Britain and the Dominions is at present unchanged, because the Constitution will not operate until it. has been discussed in the Dail and then it will be submitted to the electors for approval. ___ *
