INQUEST ADJOURNED

Death Under Anaesthetic Dominion Special Service. Napier, April 20. E'idenee of identification was given by the medical superintendent of Napier hospital, Dr. J. J. Foley, at an inquiry which was opened to-day into the death of Frances Adams, 405 Lyndon Road, Hastings, who died under an anaesthetic at Napier hospital yesterday afternoon. Dr. Foley said that while the patient was undergoing an operation she died of acute heart failure when under a general anaesthetic. The inquest was then adjourned bv the coroner, Mr. J. Miller, S.M., until next week. The date of the resumption of the inquest is not yet fixed.
