Australian Inter-State Conference • Melbourne, April 17. Representatives of the States at an aviation conference agreed to introduce legislation to provide that the Commonwealth regulations shall apply to the jurisdiction of the respective States. The States, however, will retain their right to make their own transport regulation laws and to establish State-owned air services.
