ANXIETY ALLAYED
Mrs. Bonney Lands at Banka Island (Received April 18, 6.30 p.m.) Singapore, April 17. The anxiety felt for the Australian airwoman, Mrs. Harry Bonney, on her 14,000-mile solo flight from Darwin to Cape Town, when she was three hours overdue from Batavia, was allayed when it was learned that she had landed safely at Muntok, Banka Island, in the Dutch East Indies. She is staying there overnight and leaves for Singapore on Sunday.
