PRE-WEDDING PARTIES
Miss Margaret Pilcher, Wellington, whose marriage to Mr. Louis Seifert, the well-known Palmerston North golfer, will take pace next week, has been guest of honour at a number of pre-wedding parties during the past few weeks. Her hostesses have been Miss G. Kean, Karori; Miss Helen Maysmor, Kelburn; Miss Dorothy Barr, Hataitai; Miss Nan Welch, Karori; Miss Dorothy Souter, Wadestown; Miss Joan Smith, Karaka Day; Miss Valerie Norman, Tinakori Road. Many useful and charming gifts were received, given with the good wishes of the bride-to-be’s many friends.
