An interesting programme has been arranged for to-morrow, including a number of massed items, an exhibition march by the Artillery Band, and some novelty features. If unfavourable weather conditions prevent the display being held, four Hags will be flown at Mount A’icfori.'f signal station between 12.30 and 1.30 p.m.
