British Church Delegation Leaves For Spain (Received March 31, 1.28 a.in.) London. March 30. Nine members of a British delegation, headed by the Dean of Canterbury, have left London to investigate the religious condition in Spain,, despite the British Government refusing visas in accordance with its policy of discouraging visits to Spain for propagandist purposes. The party was invited by the Spanish Government, but the Foreign Office insists that visas should only be granted for professional or vital personal business.
