ASSAULT ON FEMALE

Found guilty on one charge, of two preferred against him of indecent assault on a female, Frederick Peter Bluett How was remanded by the Chief Justice (Sir Michael Myers) in the Supreme Court. Wellington, yesterday, to appear for sentence on Tuesday morning. He was acquitted on the second charge. After being out for two hours yesterday afternoon the jury returned and asked his Honour to read through the whole of the evidence. His Honour did this, and the jury then asked him to repeat his summing up, which he did also. The jury retired again, and returned in a short time with a verdict of guilty on one charge. Accused was rperesented by Mr. A. J. Jfazengarb.
