Good Clearance Expected Dominion Special Service. Wanganui, November 17. The first Wanganui wool sale of the 1936-37 season will be held on January 21. The shearing season opened in the Wanganui district a few weeks ago, but has been retarded by unfavourable weather. Wool is beginning to arrive at the city stores, however, and growers anticipate a good clearance. It is not yet known how many bales will be offered at the Wanganui sale. In January lalst year 32,921 bales, a record for any individual New Zealand sale, were on the catalogue for the opening of the 'Wanganui fixture.
