To-day’s Recipe DELICIOUS PUDDING
One tablespoon butter, threequarters cup sugar, one lemon, one cup milk, two tablespoons plain flour, two eggs. Cream butter and sugar, add sifted flour, then lemonjuice and grated yellow’ rind of lemon, beaten egg yolks, and, lastly, fold in stiffly-whipped egg whites. Pour into a buttered piedish, stand iff a baking-dish containing a little water, and bake slowly for about one hour.
