PALESTINE UNREST
British Troops Leaving England (British official Wireless I Rugby, September 13. The first detachment of troops for Palestine left camp early this morning for Southampton to join the Dorsetshire, which sails to-day with 1700 men, including two units of the Third Infantry Brigade comprising 53 officers and 1132 men of. the Royal Northumberland Fusiliers and the Royal Irish Fusiliers. They are to be joined at Southampton by the 6th Afield Park and the 12th and 26th Field Companies of the Royal Engineers.
On Monday other vessels of the emergenev transport fleet, the Laurcntic and the Nevassa, will leave Southampton witli the headquarters staffs of the Ist Division, some of the smaller units, and half of the 2nd Infantry Brigade. The Laurcntic is a fast vessel and is expected to be back at Southampton in time to sail again about October 20, probably with the 3rd Battalion of the Coldstream Guards and the 2nd Battalion of the Buffs. to complete the force
