FATHER WHO CHANGED HIS NAME

Son Proves Claim to £1124

By Telegraph—Press Association. Dunedin, July 27. Having successfully established his identity as the sou of Michael McKey, a draper by occupation, of Dunedin, who died in 1923, John Murphy, of Perth, Western Australia, will become possessed of £1124. Owing to the fact that his father changed his name from Murphy to McKey, the son had considerable difficulty in establishing his claim to money which had laid in Chancery for eight years, three hearings taking place in the Supreme Court before Mr. Justice Kennedy gave his judgment this morning.
