Spoil for the Hutt Reclamation. — The drag-line plants, erected near the mouth of the Hutt River to gain spoil for the reclamation work being done there, are now working. The picture to the left shows one of the grabs delivering spoil which it has gained from the river-bed. Above it is seen entering the water for a further load.
