Stand Collapses at Bucharest.—The scone of confusion just after a stand, similar to that seen in the background, had collapsed at Bucharest during the celebration of the sixth anniversary of the return of King Carol to the Rumanian throne. It was reported at the time that over one hundred were killed and some six hundred injured.
