4 Snowfall Does Not Deter Opening By Telegraph—Press Association. Dunedin, July 23. After a considerable spell - of crisp, frosty weather, gentle but copious rain set in last evening, and continued this morning. At Oturehua there was a slight snowfall, but it did not prevent the opening of the big bonspiel on the Idaburn dam. Cromwell also experienced . its first snowfall this winter. .
