.Stated by the police to have been drink in- methylated spirits, Frederick Arthur Carlyle Kingan, alias “Dad” Kingan, exjockey, 65 years, was fined 20/-, in default 48 hours’ imprisonment with hard labour, bv Mr. E. D.
