J. STAPLES & COMPANY, LTD. Interim Dividend Raised J. Staples and Company, Ltd., yesterday advified the Stock Exchange Association that the directors have declared nn interim dividend for the year 1936 nt the rate of 3 per cent, on the capital of the company, and that such dividend will be paid to shareholders on August 5. Hie share register of the company will be closed from July 23 to August 5, both days inclusive. The interim dividend represents an increase of % per cent., the total distribution during recent years having been 5 per cent.
