Ray Brown, the Canterbury centre and wing-threequarter, of Sydenham club, has accepted a contract to play League football in England next sea son. G. D. Innes (five-eighth), R. K. King (forward), R. Hazelhurst (five-eighth>, F. T. J. Frencli (full-back), and I. Crockett (forward), who also have League engn"ements in England, are also from Sydenham. All played Rugby for Canterbury before going to England.
