Motor-cyclist Taken To Hospital
A collision between a motor-cyeie and a motor-car took place yesterday evening at the corner of Cub*a and Udy Streets, Petone. The rider of the motorcycle was injured and had to be taken to hospital, where he was treated for severe scalp wounds. ’The car, driven by Edward Francis Augustus White, of 128 Tasman Street, Wellington, was proceeding down Cuba Street into Udy Street when, at the corner, it came into contact with the motor-cycle", ridden by Earle Smith, of Lower Hutt. The rider was thrown off his bicycle, but the car driver was not seriously injured.
