Court Action Adjourned The hearing of the suit in which Mrs. Vera Lillis Wilson, of Riiurimu, claimed £2OO damages against John Thodore Grange, carrier, of Island Bay, and an injunction to restrain quarrying operations on adjoining land, which occupied Mr. Justice Blair in the Supreme Court, Wellington, on Tuesday, was .■ttljoiiriied yesterday until June 26. Plaintiff alleged that wttv.it intis had endangered the foundations of her house in Sutherland Road, Kilbirnic.
