DECREE NISI GRANTED
A decree nisi, to be moved absolute in three mouths, was granted to Jessie Adams (Mr. Shot-land) by Mr. Justice Blair, in the Supreme Court, Wellington, yesterday, against Kenneth Adams, on tlie ground of adultery. The petition was not defended. The marriage took place in December, 1919. Petitinner was griiiited custody of the one child, An order for restilulien of conjugal rights was granted an electrician, Keith George ITall Webster (Mr. ’Watterson) against hi« wife, Esther Zillah Webster. Petitioner said the m.-irriage took pl.ice in March. 1927. His wife left him in January, 1935, and had refused to return to him.
