DAMAGES AWARDED
Compensation For Injuries By Telegraph—Press Association. Auckland, May 22. Judgment for £250 general damages which a jury awarded and £132 special damages was given by Mr. Justice Fair in the Supreme Court iu the case in which Valentine Dunne, Superintendent of Mails, Auckland, claimed £BBB from Winstone, Limited, as compensation for an accident in which he received injuries to ills right leg as the result of a collision between defendants’ lorry and a cycle he was riding.
