Irwin points out another aspect, namely, industry, in which a two-shift day apparently could be applied with advantage. A -fit-hour week seems to be looking foe trouble. A two-sbift (lay, where it could lie applied, would spread work and leisure and bring happiness if 1 lie leisure were properly used.
