HEALTH CAMP AUXILIARY

The monthly meeting of the Health Camp Ladies’ Auxiliary was held in St. John’s Hall recently, those present being Airs. Ransom Alyers (in the chair). Airs. Williams (Day’s Bay), Mrs. Caughley, Mrs. Green, Airs. Cox, Airs. Burnett, Airs. Pinnock, Mrs. Hickson, Madame Bligh, Airs. Al. 11. Millar (hon. secretary). Mrs. Rankin was welcomed as a new member. Mrs. Williams paid in 30/-, the proceeds from bridge afternoons held at Day’s Bay. It was decided to hold a jumble sale to raise funds on Friday, May 22. As the auxiliary was formed a year ago, Airs. Ransom Myers invited the members to a first birthday party, to be held at her home in Hobson Street on June 1. She also kindly offered to provide a birthday cake.
