Invitation to Mr. L. J. Wild Dominion Special Service. Feilding. May 19. Sincere appreciation of the honour conferred upon him was expressed in an interview yesterday by Mr. L. .1. AA’ild, headmaster of Feilding Agricultural High School, who li,'is been invited by the Carnegie Corporation of New York to travel abroad to study agricultural and post-primary education in America amt Great Britain. Mr. AA’ild said he iioped hi* would lie able to accept the invitation. That, however, depended upon what temporary arrangements could lie made at the school to fill his position if he went. Mr. AVild said it was most probable that be would avail himself of the opportunity of furthering his agricultural studies by investigating methods in Great Britain and America, mid further intimated that if lie accepted. Hie invitation would embrace six to eight months at least.
