FUND FOR SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA
> Subscription List Opened The following donations have been received by the Wellington Symphony Orchestra in response to its appeal f<"' funds to enable it to carry on its workin tlie cause of music. Subscribers of one guinea, or more, will receive two tickets for each of the concerts to ne given by the orchestra this season, includin'*’the special concert on August--11, wheu Dr. Malcolm Sargent, the famous English conductor, will cdmluet the orchestra. Donations may be mailed ho the honorary treasurer, Dr. A. F lliekev, P.O. Box 1182, Wellington, or mav be paid to Die honorary secretary, Mr. L. E. Strachan, care of Charles Begg and Company. Ltd.. Manners Street.
