The "Daily Telegraph’s” Vienna correspondent says that Dr. Schuschnigg has begun the disbandment of the Heimwehr with the dissolution of 500 at Vienna. The Rome correspondent of “The Times” says it is understood that I’rince Starhemberg found Signor Mussolini not disposed to encourage activities against Dr. Schuschnigg’s Cabinet. On the contrary, he advised him to await events. FOOTBALL INCIDENT Austria-Italy Encounter (Received May 18. 7.45 p.m.) Rome, May 17. The football match between Austria and Italy had its features.
