Donation From England A donation of £1 for the McGregor appeal was received by “The Dominion” from Halifax, England, yesterday. The donor, Mr. Louis J. Charnock, met Squadron Leader McGregor and Mr. Walker on the Aorangi while they were going to participate in the air race. He had just concluded a twonionths visit to New Zealand. “It was a great shock to hear of Mr McGregor's fatal accident.” Mr. Charnock siiid. “From a copy of your paper I am pleased to see that a fund is being raised. Will you please accept the enclosed small donation?”
