Britain Providing Escort For Boy King LINER DIVERTED (British Official Wireless.) Rugby, April 29. When the newly-proclaimed King of Egypt, who came to England last October as a student, leaves to-morrow for home, two British destroyers will accompany tlie Channel steamer on which lie will cross to France. The P. and O. liner Viceroy of India, which is being specially diverted to take the young king to Alexandria, will have an escort of the British cruiser Ajax on its journey from Marseilles to Alexandria, where it is due next Tuesday. DRAFT AGREEMENT Egypt and Suez Canal Cairo, April 29. There wLI be a progressive increase in the number, of Egyptians on the staff. The draft awaits the acceptance of the board. The Egyptian pound is worth £l/0/6 in sterling.
