PHYSICAL CULTURE
Tile modern gymnasium not only eaters for the individual who desires to become an amateur acrobat, but incorporates in its gymnastic programme every phase ot physical culture. Those who cannot spare more than an hour or so each week for special exercise, but realise that to be alive and alert it is necessary to keep tit, must have well-graded exercises and recreational play in a happy, pleasant atmosphere under expert supervision and direction. Realising this, the Y.M.C.A. incorporates in its programme work and play for all types of men women, boys and girls. Lieut.-Commander Lancaster the newly-appointed physical director, is an expert, and those who are desirous ot keeping fit may call at the Y.M.C.A. and consult him regarding their health programme. ■
