Realising this, the Y.M.C.A. incorporates in its programme work and play for all types of men women, boys and girls. Lieut.-Commander Lancaster the newly-appointed physical director, is an expert, and those who are desirous ot keeping fit may call at the Y.M.C.A. and consult him regarding their health programme. ■
