New Zealand. white 50/0 to 51/-, coloured 54/to 55/-; Australian, nominal, white 49/0, coloured 53/-. Joseph Nathan and Company, Ltd., have received from their principles, Trengrouse and Nathan, Ltd., London, the following cabled advice, dated February 27: —New Zealand butter, 88/- to 89/-; New Zealand cheese, white 50/-,- coloured 54/-; both markets very quiet. A. S. Paterson and Co.. Ltd., have received the following cable a'-ice from J. and J. Lonsdale and Co. (London). Ltd., dated February 27: —Butter market quiet; buyers inactive. New Zealand, 88/-; Australian, B'7/-; Danish, 1140- f.0.b., 134/- landed. Cheese market slow. N.Z. white, 50/-; coloured, 54/-. Cabled advice received by Mr. G. A. Mills from A. J. Mills and Co., Ltd., London, gives the following market prices as ruling at the close of business on Thursday, last week’s prices shown in parentheses:—Butter market slow. New Zealand, finest. 88/- to 89/. (93/- to 94/-) ; firsts, 87/- to 8.8/ (92/- to 93/-). Australian, choicest, BS/- to 89/- (92/t<> 93/-); first grade, 87/- to 88/- (91/to 92/-).
