The international Rugby match between England and Wales at Swansea resulted in a draw, 0-0. Wales are regarded as unlucky not to defeat England, which fielded the same team as that which defeated the All Blacks. Neither fifteen was brilliant. The Welsh forwards surprisingly frequently defeated the English pack, but the Welsh backs, lacking Claude Davey owing to injuries, were unable to exploit their chances. Obolensky was not menacing, Woolier and Cliff Jones being able to bring off tackles on the few occasions when he had a chance of scoring.
