ANNIVERSARY DAY TRAMS
• The arrangements of the Wellington Corporation Tramways Department for .'Zmiversary Day (Wednesday) are advertised. Bus services to Happy Valley, Melrose, Evans Bay, Vogeltown, Brooklyn, Ilataitai and Northland will not- be run, but Karori and Roseneath buses will run on the holiday timetable, while a special bus will run between Seatoun and Scorching Bay at frequent intervals, and observation buses will make tours. Tramcars will maintain the usual holiday service. -
