Inter-club Contests at Miramar PLAY IN GOOD WEATHER The Afe'lington Lawn Tennis Association was favoured with good weather for its inter-club competitions at Miramar on Saturday. In the first division, University beat Newtown B, Wellington defeated Seatoun, and Newtown A triumphed over Brougham Hill by eight rubbers to nil. Brougham Hill reversed the position in the women’s matches, howevejr, and Wellington beat Thorndon by 10 sets to 9, each side winning four games.
