JANUARY 21. Chatham Islands per Tecs, 11 a.m.; C.P.O. late fee, noon. Parcel mails for America, Rarotonga, and Tahiti, per Makura, 11 a.m. Great Britain, Ireland and Europe, United States of America, Canada, Mexico, West Indies, Argentine, Brazil, Paraguay, Uruguay and Falkland Islands, via San' Francisco; Cook Islands, including Rarotonga, Aitutaki,. Mauke, Atiu, Maniliiki, Penrltyn, Mangaia; also Tahiti, per Makura, 2 p.m.; C.P.O. late fee, 2.30 p.m. Second-class matter, 1.30 p.m. Mail due London February 20. Money-orders must be obtained by noon. Note.—Newspaper rate of postage to United States of America is id. for each two ounces. Correspondence will be accepted for dispatch by air mail services in North, South and Central America, also West Indies. Niagara from Van couver via Auckland. English and American mail for Wellington: 161 bags; 67 parcel receptacles. Due in office, 8.30 a.m. January 21. —S.S. Monowai from Sydney via Auckland; Aust, and beyond Australian mail (Including English air-mail dispatched from London January 5) for Wellington. (11 bags; 11 parcel receptacles. January 25.—5.5. Monterey from San Pedro via Auckland: English and American mail for Wellington: 441 bags. February 3.—S.S. Mataroa from London via Auckland: English mail.
