Reid, Wadestown, are spending a holiday at Paraparaumu. Mr. and Mrs. L. O. 11. Tripp, Moleswort'h Street, who have been visiting South Canterbury, have returned home. Mr. and Mrs. W. Mr. and Mrs. C. J. Baker are Wellington visitors to Morere, and are guests at the Hot Springs Hotel. Mr. and Mrs. H. W. Short, Eastbourne, are on a holiday visit to the Morere Hot Springs. Mrs. P. F. McEvedy and Miss Mary McEvedy, Wellington, who have been visitors to Christchurch, will return to Wellington this morning. Mrs. R. E. Miss Violet Cotton, Aurora Terrace, and Mis s Isa Galwey, Lower Hutt, will leave on January 2-1 for Sydney, eu route to England and the Continent. Mrs. A. D. Houston Ims returned to Wellington after having spent a holiday motoring in the North Island. Mrs. Houston is accompanied by Miss Una Cameron Smith.
