British Weather Moderates (British Official Wireless.) Rugby, January 11. After two nights of storm the weather has moderated, but reports from all the affected areas indicate that there is no abatement of flood waters at present. Th© second night of the storm was experienced over most of the British Isles, and this morning reports from the flooded areas indicate no improvement. The Thames in the Old Wind sor, Egham and Staines area, rose several Inches during the night.
