SERVICE OF CHURCH

Five Members of Family

Take Vows

Dominion Special Service. Auckland, January 13.

The ordination of the Rev. Father Bernard Bennett, S.M., as a priest of the Roman Catholic Church at St. Patrick’s' Cathedral, was of unusual interest, in that live members of an Auckland family of six have now taken the ’vows as members of various orders of the church. The Rev, Father Francis Bennett and Rev. Father Albert Bennett, who assisted at the ordination, are brothers of the new priest. His remaining brother is a Marlst Brother, and one of his two sisters is a mm of St. Joseph’s order.
